Perth Harp Centre

Terms of service

Last updated 6 September 2026.

These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. Buying from us in the showroom is covered by the same law and the same refund policy, and by whatever we agree with you in writing at the time.

Who we are

Perth Harp Centre, a harp showroom and workshop in Osborne Park, Western Australia. Our contact details are at the foot of every page.

Prices and enquiries

We sell new and used pedal and lever harps. Most instruments on this site are offered by enquiry rather than through the online checkout, because the right price depends on the instrument, the finish, delivery and setup, and we would rather give you a real figure than a headline one. A price we quote you in writing is held for the time stated on the quote. Prices we publish are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Orders placed online

Where an item can be bought through the checkout, your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email, and we can decline an order before then, for example if an item has sold in the showroom in the meantime, in which case anything you have paid is refunded in full. Availability shown on the site is our best information and a second-hand instrument in particular may have sold to a visitor before the site updates.

Descriptions and photographs

We describe instruments as accurately as we can. Photographs of new models may be the maker's own catalogue images, and the finish or timber shown may not be the exact one in stock; where a photograph is of the actual instrument for sale, particularly a used one, we say so. If a detail matters to you, ask, or come in and see it.

Delivery

A harp is large, heavy and fragile, and how it travels depends on the instrument and where it is going. Delivery is arranged and quoted separately for each purchase, and we will agree it with you before you pay.

Refunds and faults

See our refunds and returns policy. The consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell and nothing here excludes them.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that does not arise naturally from a breach on our part, and our liability for anything we supply is limited to the remedies the Australian Consumer Law provides. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under that law.

This website

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Perth Harp Centre or are used with the permission of the instrument makers whose products we sell. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy the content for another site without asking. We try to keep the site accurate and available but we cannot promise it will always be either, and we may change these terms; the date at the top tells you when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
